As the coast’s first Raicilla distillery and the proud home of Cachasol Tequila, it’s located just minutes from Sayulita and Punta Mita on a breathtaking 6-acre estate. The property features over 3,000 agave plants and 2 acres of cultivated farmland, offering a truly immersive farm-to-glass experience rooted in authenticity and tradition.

Guests can enjoy a 90-minute guided agave tour, where they’ll discover the time-honored techniques behind Raicilla and Tequila production, including harvesting, fermentation, and distillation using traditional methods and ancestral Filipino stills. The experience also includes tastings of our handcrafted spirits, an open bar, and gourmet farm-to-table cuisine served fireside.

As the sun sets over the agave fields, guests are treated to an unforgettable atmosphere of warmth, flavor, and culture—perfect for individuals, groups, and special events.

Incredible place!

Very pleasant atmosphere, perfect to visit with family or friends. I recommend the sunset!… the food is good, and the raicilla that is processed there is very good. It is not a place to eat or drink, it is to live the experience of food and drinks!

Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this tour! The location is absolutely beautiful, the host & staff were amazing, the food they served was incredible & the Raicilla was a delight. My whole family enjoyed the tour very much and I look forward to going Cachasol again to show my friends and family.

GO!

The best guacamole ever. Stunning view of monkey mountain and excellent vibes a few miles south of Sayulita. Rustic chic and excellent food. We had guacamole, ceviche , shrimp soup and quesadillas with squash blossoms. GO!

I highly recommend visiting Cachasol whether you live in the area or are on vacation - it is an AMAZING experience! The grounds are breathtaking, the owners are so friendly and informative and the libations are flowing. I love that there is a kid friendly park area for the kids to play while the parents discover the distillery. Can't wait to come back!

Delightful!

Cachasol is an awesome must visit tour experience if you’re staying in PV, Sayu, San Pancho, or Lo de Marcos. Beautifully curated eco-property and experience. Clean and crisp tasting artisan raicilla and tequila with the story behind it. James knows his stuff and will give you tequila/raicilla 101 as well as the story behind everything on the property. The blue corn tacos were delicious and can’t wait until they’re open for a post sunset la lancha surf dinner.

Magical experience!

Amazing and magical. This is a blend of the Valle d Guadeloupe experience with the Tequila experience.
I know a lot about distilled products but learned more about raicilla. Their tequila is quite tasty as well.
The food was unexpectedly good. I mean really good.
James is a man with a clear vision. This is going to grow into an even more amazing tour.

AMAZING!

Can't recommend this enough!

Such an awesome experience! Our whole family had a blast on the tequila tour at Cachasol. It was super fun and we learned a lot about how they make their amazing artisanal Raicilla right on site. The tasting was a highlight, and you can really tell how much love and care goes into the process. My favorite was the Epic Strength Tequila. The food they served with the tasting was amazing, some of the best tacos I have ever had. Definitely a must-do if you're in the area, highly recommended!
