Spend a sunny afternoon learning, tasting, and experimenting at our 6-acre distillery estate—surrounded by gardens, agaves, and super cool Cachasol energy. We start in the garden, foraging for herbs, edible flowers, and fresh ingredients with our chef. Then it’s to the open-air kitchen, followed by the Cachashade bar, to cook and mix your own bold creations.
Culinary Experience: Hear the stories behind beloved dishes while you hand-press tortillas on the comal, smash molcajete guacamole, and bring timeless techniques to life.
Mixology Experience: Build garden-to-glass cocktails with local botanicals and our handcrafted Cachasol Tequila. Learn balance and layering as you mix two signature drinks at the Cachashade bar. Non-drinkers can make and enjoy garden-to-glass mocktails instead.
Farm-to-Table Feast: Enjoy the dishes you prepared alongside seasonal farm-to-table plates to complete a full & delicious meal.
