Vista al Mar at Monterosa is a beautiful modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a beautiful ocean view. The condos at Monterosa are conveniently located on the north side of Sayulita just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Monterosa boasts the only tennis court in Sayulita (exclusively for its guests) and a gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Vista al Mar is a quick walk to the beach and only 15 minutes to the town center.
Vista al Mar's living room is luminous and airy with large doors that open up to the deck offering stunning ocean views. You'll find the kitchen fully equipped with all the necessities to make your own meals at home. The first bedroom has a king size bed, and a sofa which becomes a comfortable twin bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds, which can be joined together to make a king upon request. There is another comfortable sofa to use as a twin bed in the living room, plus a full size futon out on the terrace (can be moved inside if requested). We also have a comfortable inflatable queen bed if needed.
The shared amenities at Monterosa include an infinity pool, outdoor showers and bathroom facilities by the pool, (synthetic turf) tennis court, and is gated for your security. Ther is a parking area out back for a car, as well asa private golf cart drive and parking inside the gates, right next to the unit.

The only thing to note is the pool is not heated which if it was sunny would be probably fine. We had a very rare cloudy and rainy week (and still managed to use the pool one day :)
The lushness of the property is beautiful, the condo nicely appointed with anything you could need, the staff incredibly responsive (even helped us connect with a shopping connection when we couldn’t make it out to get groceries). The master bed is a little soft.
