Description

Villas las Bonitas in Sayulita is a space composed of seven private and fully equipped suites, a central pool and a shared terrace. The architecture and design has a minimalist and relaxed style made to disconnect from urbanization, finding yourself in a true tropical paradise where you can enjoy a comfortable environmet.

Las Bonitas has been designed to be your home away from home. Each unit has been carefully crafted to cater to your traveling needs and includes a kitchen, bathroom, lounge and patio. Las Bonitas consists of 7 units (3 studios and 4 one bedrooms plus an additional owner's cottage). All units are equipped with a stove top, large refrigerator, coffee machine, blender and toaster. There are AC units in each room for your comfort. The property is fully enclosed with a lockable gate for the evenings.

The pool opening hours are from 8am - 10pm. Please note there are no lifeguards so please watch children at all times. We have also provided inflatables for your convenience. Located outside there is also a shared bbq and shared dining space. Housekeeping is weekly (check with Sonia for the day/time). We also have a gardener/pool maintenance staff who visit twice a week.

Highly Reccomend!

Our stay here was wonderful! It is far enough away from the main square that it was quiet at night and in the morning but a quick 10 minute walk to town. The host was super responsive and met us at the time of check in to go over the room, how to get in, etc. We hope to visit Sayulita again and would definitely stay here as well!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The best place to stay in Sayulita

Fer and Octavio were wonderful hosts. They were super welcoming and friendly. They made special arrangements for us because we were coming in a day early and they were very accommodating. The property is absolutely beautiful. The swimming pool had a wonderful temperature. The outdoor barbecue and table area right next to the pool was easy and well equipped. The place itself was beautifully maintained, excellent kitchen, and all that you could possibly need. The bedding was white crisp, cotton sheets, and the towels were white and fluffy. One of the best showers with super hot water and lots of pressure. The location was excellent. There was very little noise. It was conveniently located right across from a really good coffee shop. There were plenty of convenience stores within walking distance for filling up on groceries. We just took a taxi into Sayulita when we were going into town. It’s definitely walkable, but there are a lot of hills. I highly recommend this rental!

Perfect size!

Octavio’s place is very quaint and cozy! The pool area is very peaceful and quiet. We rented a golf cart and use that to get back-and-forth to the downtown area and the beach but really it is quite walkable. We really enjoyed the neighborhood once we got out and explored. We ate at a wonderful pizza restaurant nearby. Also local food stands nearby on the highway that had great food! Octavio was very responsive to request and letting us check in early which was great.

Would stay here again!

Octavio's bungalow in Sayulita was an absolute gem! We had the whole place to ourselves, which was a blast. The pool was perfect for lazy afternoons, and the cozy rooms made us feel right at home. Plus Octavio's communication was on point, adding an extra layer of awesome to our stay. Five stars all around!

All in all amazing!

Las Bonitas felt like our oasis in Sayulita! Waking up to morning sun, coffee and breakfast by the pool and overall a quiet and relaxing space away from the busy downtown of Sayulita. We enjoyed the walk into town and exploring the stores and coffee shops near the villas. Octavio and Fer were super responsive hosts answering messages quickly and providing plenty of information on the area. We look forward to another visit in the future.

A perfect luxury oasis

Octavio and Fer’s place was perfect for our 8 day getaway to Sayulita. Just a short walk to the bustling streets of Sayulita, we loved the proximity to the shops and restaurants while still feeling able to retreat to the serene seclusion of Villas Bonitas. Our Villa was quiet, clean and relaxing with its minimalist decor and lush jungle-like setting just outside. We had the pleasure of meeting Fer and Octavio when we were there and felt super welcomed by their warm energy. I would definitely recommend Villas Bonitas! We will be back for sure!
