Villa Casa Mistika in Sayulita is a luxury 8 bedroom vacation rental located on Gringo Hill, just a short 5 minute walk into the center of town and Sayulita's main beach. Whether you're a couple, a bachelorette/bachelor group, a family reunion or a large group of friends, Villa Casa Mistika is the perfect option for your stay in Sayulita!

Common areas for guests to enjoy include a covered, open-air TV and lounge space with comfortable seating, a saltwater pool with a waterfall, a poolside bathroom, an outdoor shower, a BBQ area, a sun deck, and a beautiful fire pit with circular seating. This will be a favorite spot to hang out at night in front of the fire.
The space
The upper floors contain a gorgeous 3 bedroom + 3.5 bath penthouse with a soaring palapa roof, fully equipped kitchen and living spaces with elegant doors that you can slide all the way open to let in the breeze. You can also completely close the space while still enjoying the stunning ocean and jungle views. All bedrooms feature air-conditioning, ceiling fans, ensuite baths and closet space. The master suite has a bathtub, rainfall shower and a private dipping pool.
The lower floors contain five, 1 bedroom casitas with king-size beds, private baths and kitchenettes.
Important notes:
* Please note due to floating staircases and open balconies, Villa Mistika is not suitable for children, we can consider some exceptions but we like to discuss it first.
*Our Villa Mistika is in a residential neighborhood. Silent hours are enforced after 11 pm. A fee of $300 USD will be deducted from security deposit for violation.
*Our Villa is just for our guests Only, NO external invites are allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
All cancellations must be received by 24 hours Mexico City time at least 61 days prior to the expected date of arrival, for full refund.
- 50% refund if you cancel at least 59 - 31 days before check-in.
All cancellations must be received by 24 hours Mexico City time at least 60 - 31 days prior to the expected date of arrival, 50% refund on the total cost of the nightly rate will apply.
- No refund if you cancel 30 days or less before check-in.
All cancellations must be received by 24 hours Mexico City time. If cancellations are received 30 days or less than 30 day timeframe, the non-refundable policy applies. However, advance payment can be applied to a different date that does not exceeds six (6) months after the date the cancellation is made, as long as the property is available for rent. Rates may vary depending the season. Rental can be rescheduled only once.
While they are a rarity, no refunds will be given for occurrences beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, health issues, Covid-19, road conditions, town water issues, power outages, cancelled flights, early check-outs, no-shows, or date changes. Because unforeseen circumstances may arise, purchasing trip insurance is strongly recommended.

Area seems a bit sensitive to noise after 10pm (which is mentioned in the listing) but the place is all open-air so it's not difficult to be a little loud.
Overall, incredible place if you have a large enough group to need all the space!
She gave me lots of suggestions for Dining, Transportation and in house catering...all were great! We had many different arrival and departure times and she accomodated them all. The house and living areas were unreal.. The house was well planned and gives each room their own kitchen, safe, balcony and entrance, perfect for large parties. Never once did you feel like there were 18 people in the house. Would love to be back there now!
