Description

Casa Rosalera in Sayulita is a newly remodeled poolside house with in home water filtration system. Located in the oceanfront Delfines complex on the sought after north side of town. Remodel designed by renowned local architect Estella Gayosso Mendoza the property is located on the beautiful northside, just steps away from the beach which is perfect for soaking up the sun and swimming in the ocean. The town's center where you'll find restaurants, shops & nightlife is a quick 10 minute walk away.

Casa Rosalera is 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom of the villa has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with private bathroom, the third has two twin beds that can be put together as a king, which shares a common bathroom. The kitchen comes fully equipped making it easy to cook at home.The spacious living room has comfortable built in couches + a dining table and opens up to a private terrace with a table/chairs & lounges shaded by a palapa. Directly outside the front door is a beautiful, large pool.

The villa includes airconditioning throughout house, purified water system, fiber optic WIFI, a private washer/dryer, daily maid service (except Sunday) and beach chairs + umbrellas. There is private/secure parking available on the Delfines property.

A fantastic Sayulita vacation is all but guaranteed in this perfect family rental home. A common walkway, shared by all the villas in the complex passes by two large pools and meets the beach just seconds from your door. There are built-in chairs in the yards perfect for watching sunsets and enjoying the view, as well as 2 swimming pools.

Please note, Casa Rosalera is located in a beach front complex but does not sit on the oceanfront. Rather, it sits poolside and just a quick walk to the beach down a private pathway.

Jan1 to May 30th- Nightly rate: $490 Weekly $3430

Spring Break, Easter- Nightly rate: $600 Weekly $4200

Summer June 30th to Sept 30th- Nightly rate $400 Weekly $2800

Christmas and New Years- Weekly $4900

If Casa Rosalera is unavailable for the dates you would like, we would be happy to refer you to other home owners in the association.

Reservation requires 50% of rent to save the week, full payment at least 2 months prior to stay.

Daily maid service (except Sundays and Mexican holidays) is included in the price,though our maid greatly appreciates tips ) $40-$50 USD at weeks end.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Refund except $200 re-booking fee up to 3 months prior to stay, after that a refund if we re-rent.

Wonderful place for family Christmas

First time in Sayulita. Great accommodation near the beach. Enjoyed Christmas with family members, who stayed in other unit. Well chosen decor. Mattress was excellent. Loved the tea tree aromatherapy scent our cleaner, Patty used. Will return with a group again. Muchas gracias.

Relaxing getaway!

Casa Rosalera at Los Delfines was the perfect choice for our vacation to Sayulita. The place is beautifully decorated, very clean, had so much room to relax and we did not want to leave! The property has 2 secluded pools and is just steps away from a nice, less crowded part of the beach. Just a couple minutes walk to town either on the beach or street. We felt very safe, loved that the water in the house was filtered, and had chairs we could bring to the beach. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back!

Just wonderful! Highly recommend!

Just got back from the most wonderful week in Sayulita! Stayed at Casa Rosalera and can't say enough great things about the place! Great location--close to the beach, pool is steps from the front door, and only a short walk of a few blocks to the center of town where we found great restaurants and amazing food. I recommend getting a gelato, a rolled ice cream, or a churro for your walk home. We had everything we needed. The home was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The back patio was private and perfect for morning coffee time or evening card games. We did one excursion of a boat tour with Alley Cat Tours, and I highly recommend them as well-fun day and great customer service. If you're looking for a place to stay in Sayulita, look no further, Casa Rosalera was just wonderful, book it now, you'll be glad you did!
