Description

Casa Palma Rio in Sayulita is a private, walled and gated 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with large yard and pool. Perfect for two couples or a family, the home accommodates 4 guests. Fiber optics wifi included. Pets considered. Longer term discounted stays considered. Located in a residential neighborhood north of the bridge, it is about a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk to town and the beach.

Enjoy the relaxing and spacious outdoor space with expansive yard, sand and palapa for shade next to the large swimming pool. There is a great covered porch for lounging in the shade, complete with ceiling fans.

The living room is spacious with high beamed ceilings, and and an amazing garden view. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar plus indoor dining area. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and lots of storage. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a garden view. Both bedrooms have AC. The second bath has open air shower. Guests do have access to laundry and twice a week maid service is included! We are also open to monthly rates (2-3 months at a time) so just ask us!

Please note that Sayulita is obviously in Mexico. Noise, dirt streets and animals exist here. In our neighborhood, there are other homes where folks live, an event space that hosts quineceaneras 2-3 times a year and a love animal clinic where many of our guests like volunteering! Enjoy a different culture!

absolutely perfect!

My girlfriend and I flew here for a wedding and wanted a quiet place to relax before the festivities. We were blown away the minute we arrived! Beautiful, clean, spacious, private - a perfect oasis! After our first dip in the pool we realized we accidentally locked ourselves out and the owner was so nice about it and drove over to help us in. Such friendly communication throughout our stay. I would happily recommend this to everyone!

Lovely, private oasis

This was a wonderful little spot for my tiny family of 3. My two year old was totally safe and absolutely loved getting to basically live outdoors- in the yard, under the palapa, in the pool, the outdoor bathroom and shower were also big hits! The house itself was great and just perfect for us. The manager was super accessible and helpful with everything from basic info about the area to recommendations on where to eat, etc. The housekeeper and groundskeeper were both really sweet and friendly and were able to get their work done around our toddler’s nap time, which was a huge help. The walk into town was short and no big deal with our rented stroller. We loved getting to say hello to the horses up the street every time we came and left. The only thing we had any struggle with was the noise. The street the house is on has relatively recently been paved and connects the two main thoroughfares, which has led to a lot of pretty darn loud traffic at all hours. Lots of loud motorcycles speeding by, big trucks thumping over the speed bumps, etc. Also a number of really ridiculously loud dogs barking all through the night and neighbors’ stereos blasting. Any of this could happen most anywhere I think, but it sure was a surprisingly noisy nighttime experience. One dog in particular down the street just needs to be let the heck out of its small fenced in area- it barked aggressively and incessantly through every night we were there, but obviously none of this is under the control of the owners or manager of the house. The house and grounds are totally lovely. And also maybe bring some earplugs or noise canceling headphones for nighttime. It got so ridiculous eventually that my husband and I were just laughing every time we woke up. But everything else was truly great.

Amazing Oasis in Sayulita

We stayed here for 4 nights with our 2 teenagers. The place was perfect for us. Lots of space for everyone, well appointed with everything you'd need. The outdoor space is really the star of the show. It was amazing having such a beautiful place to relax with so much privacy. The location was great too, an easy walk into town in under 10 mins. We are already planning our next trip. 😊

Absolute perfect place to stay!

We stayed here for 2 months and had an incredible time. The location from town was perfect, the backyard was beautiful, and the community of helpful staff was beyond remarkable. Dora was such an amazing property manager and we are so grateful for her! Overall, we will be back to stay here and feel so lucky to have had this experience of staying in Sayulita.

Best Value Sayulita

We absolutely loved out stay at Casa Palmario. We spent 3 months there and had just a wonderful time. We lived in the yard. The pool, palapa and hammock are surrounded by 25+ palm trees. It is absolutely gorgeous. We could sit out there for hours watching the butterflies, fire flies, gecko's and the occasional iguana. The birds sing all day...just a marvelous outdoor setting. The yard it that of a much more expensive house. The house itself and the location are a little more local mexican than resort, but it has everything you need for a long stay. 10 min walk to town and beach was not a problem. The property managers are the best we have ever had...super nice, very informative and quick to respond whenever we needed them. For the price, there is not a house in Sayulita that I can recommend more. We have already booked 2 more months for next year.

Great stay!

We loved having this house to return to after a day at the beach. It was also a perfect place to wake up each morning and have coffee on the patio surrounded by beautiful landscaping and a sweet little pool. It was a busy time in Sayulita with many people on vacation but we felt relaxed and well served by the comfy beds, 2 great baths(loved the outdoor shower), the location and the folks who take care of the details. Great stay!

A beautiful Oasis

What a beautiful oasis! This home was perfect for our family of 4! The location was wonderful. We did rent a golf cart because we had 2 smaller children and it made it easier for trips to the beach with towels and chairs. Lina, Mitch, and David were amazing... quick to answer any questions we had and offered suggestions! Our children loved the pool in the late afternoon before dinner. A hidden Gem!

Susan’s place is a private hidden gem in Sayulita. From the gorgeous landscape of the huge outdoor area to the clean and charming house. We rented a golf cart and were able to be on the beach in minutes or away from the chaos, if that is what we needed. The perfect balance. We are already planning our next trip in hopes the house is not booked already. Bravo!
