Casa Los Osos in Sayulita is a beautiful Modern Mexican home. This house has everything you need to spend a relaxed holiday in Sayulita. It is only a ten-minute walk to the center of town, a five-minute walk to restaurants and shops, and the beautiful beach is just steps from your door.
Located in Las Gemelas, a private beachfront compound located on the quiet north side of Sayulita. Las Gemelas includes six lovely homes surrounded by lush tropical gardens.
Enjoy beautiful ocean views from your patio. The new large swimming pool with water heater, has a great shallow area for the younger members of your family. The pool is shared by the complex, it is only steps away from the house, and is located right off the beach.
The modern kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals if choose to dine at home. There is a large dining table in the living area where you can enjoy great meals with family and friends. If you decide to dine out at the vast array of Sayulita eateries, there are several north side restaurants within very close walking distance, or if you want to head to the center of the village, it is only a ten-minute, flat walk to town.
The house includes three air-conditioned bedrooms.
The Master with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
The second bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate bathroom with a shower, which is shared with the bunk room.
There is a third bedroom with a bunk bed which is perfect for kids or if you share the house with friends. Casa Los Osos sleeps 6 comfortably.
This is the perfect rental for families or a group of friends who want to pay a fair price for a nice Sayulita beachfront rental with ocean views and a New large Communuty Pool with water heater.
The private dipping pool (NO water heating service) at the back of the house is a great way to enjoy the evenings at Casa Los Osos.
Casa Los Osos supplies beach towels. If there are Beach chairs and Umbrellas in the villa, you are welcome to use them, ask your property manager.
