Sayulita Waterfalls Penthouse 3rd Floor unit in Sayulita is located just steps above the Sayulita Plaza. Las Cascadas is a newly refreshed , vacation rental villa in a private, walled and gated setting with a beautiful swimming pool and waterfalls.
There are only 2 homes on this property so it is never crowded. This listing is for the 3rd-floor Penthouse unit, and the other 3 bedroom home may also be available.
Experience great views from the open-air living room which now has large sliding glass doors and windows to seal the living room, dining and kitchen areas from the outside.
The Sayulita tropical lifestyle encourages you to relax, feel the ocean breeze and to gaze out at the blue Pacific and the village of Sayulita to your heart's content.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need in addition to a fabulous view while you prepare meals, and you can also BBQ outdoors down by the pool.
A large dining table along with bar seating at the kitchen makes this a great place to entertain. The spacious living room has plenty of seating, ocean views, flat-screen internet TV, Netflix and WiFi.
The master bedroom has air conditioning, king size bed with new, high quality mattress, and an ensuite bathroom.
The second and third bedrooms also have A/C and Queen beds with new, high quality mattresses.There is a second full bathroom in the home.
There is a large rooftop deck with a 160 degree ocean view that can be used to hang out and enjoy the magnificent Sayulita sunsets. Las Cascadas accommodates six guests.
The complex is private, secure, fully walled and electronically gated, with plenty of secure off-street parking. Overlook the ocean and the village with great views from the condos and the rooftop deck.
The 40' long swimming pool features a 20' high waterfall that cascades down through a series of pools surrounded by lush tropical plants and vines. Built-in seating along the side of the pool allows you to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. There is a large common area, with outdoor BBQ, a poolside bar and full kitchen for guests use. The pool is shared with only one other condo, so there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy without feeling crowded. The large grassy area is great for sunbathing or, if you prefer shade, hang out in a hammock under the palapa.
Las Cascadas in Sayulita, is just above the town plaza as you walk up from the Plaza, and close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and all the great activities Sayulita has to offer.

The town itself has a wide range of ages (from retired to babies)!. There is an active day life and an equally hopping night-life!! The restaurants are amazing (a foodie’s dream!) and most food/ice cubes are made with purified water.
I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with mobility issues as it is very hilly and cobblestone lines most of the streets. Of course, if you opt to rent a golf-cart then you wouldn't have a problem!
This location has a short but somewhat steep walk up a hill lined with cobblestones. The 2 units are very spacious but are only cleaned before check-in (we stayed for 10 days....).
The view is beautiful and private.
The pool is awesome with comfy lounging space. There is a poolside “kitchen” as well.
Overall I give this place 5/5 for location, service, comfort and view!
