Casa Ines #2 in Sayulita - Enjoy our brand new 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath unit in the Villas del Palmar gated beachfront community. This is the prime spot on Sayulita's north beach, away from the hustle bustle of the town center, but still just a 5 minute walk to anything you might need in the town center. This unit comprises the second and third floors of the building. On the second floor you have a complete open-air kitchen, living, and dining area with ocean views and cool breezes. One bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath. A second bedroom with two twin beds (which we can change to a king on request) and an ensuite bathroom. On the top floor you will find the amazing penthouse suite with a king bed and an incredible natural stone ensuite bath. Outside the suite there is another dining area, heavy duty gas grill, wine cabinet, and serving bar with sink. There is also a half bath, beautiful wrap
Enjoy the great views, cool breezes, and fun vibes, of the open-air living areas. While the bedrooms are closed in with airconditioning when needed.
Villas del Palmar is a premiere residential beachfront community, located on the perfect spot of Sayulita's North Beach. The heated swimming pool has a very large main swimming area, and a medium sized kiddy-pool for the little ones. Plenty of tables, chairs, and loungers to relax by the pool, watch the waves and the surfers, or catch a breathtaking sunset over the Pacific Ocean.
The pool and beachfront common area is shared with all guests in the complex. Please respect your neighbors. No glass, pets, or loud noise in the common areas. We are a very family friendly community, and we know you will enjoy your stay with us.

On the downside, it is a bit run down. Paint is bubbling and peeling, several light fixtures no longer work, the upstairs couches are dated with torn covers, the upstairs bathroom smells like sewage, a couple of the inner doorknobs are inoperative.
If you are using it as a crash pad it could work, but if you are looking for a comfortable place to spend time, it is not your house. It definitely did not feel like a good value for the cost, given the much nicer houses in the neighborhood.

We are really sorry you were unsatisfied with your stay at Casa Lucas, and appreciate your honest feedback. I assure you it was just a case of bad timing. While the couches upstairs were starting to get worn pretty well, the guests the week before you, ripped the fabric, and we didn\'t have time to get them redone before your arrival. My apologies for that. They have now been reupholstered, and look brand new. We also went through and touched-up all the paint after you left. We are sorry it looked run down to you. We checked all light bulbs, door knobs, and plumbing fixtures, and all are now in perfect working order. Again, we appreciate your feedback, so we can keep our home in much better condition for future guests. Take care!
