Rates include a full staff (houseman/bartender, chef and maid service). Sunday service is $300 US/additional. Holiday serive is $500 additional.
Gratuities for the staff are not included and a 10-15% tip guideline is suggested. Food and beverage is reimbursed at cost in MXN pesos or USD cash to the staff (staff provides grocery receipts).
10% intro discount rental Saturday - Saturday when all 10 bedrooms are reserved (does not apply to Holiday weeks).
Additional 10th room can be added for $200/night per room May-October and $300/night per room November - April. Unused rooms will be closed off during your stay, so you will always have the house to yourself with no other guests present.
If we are able to re-book your original dates/rates, a full refund less 10% service fee will be paid.

Hacienda Sayulita is a brand new, fully staffed ocean view luxury Villa with nine King guest suites with ensuite baths on the sought after north side of Sayulita. Four suites can be split into two twins upon request. Ocean views from almost anywhere you stand on the main level which includes the open concept living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, outdoor dining area with a BBQ by the pool. The heated hydrazzo salt water infinity pool and 12 person Jacuzzi blend into the ocean and horizon. Below the main level you'll find the entertainment area fully equipped with a game room, bar and TV room. Enjoy sunset cocktails on the top level's spacious ocean view terrace, designed to accommodate up to 20 people. After the sun goes down, watch an outdoor movie on the large screen under the stars. Two portable Bluetooth speakers and Netflix are provided for your entertainment.
This villa has been a labor of love in the making for the past three years. There is attention to detail throughout the villa including one of a kind and original 100 year old Mexican Hacienda doors, brick boveda ceilings, custom cement floors, stone work detailing and ocean views from almost every room. Every bedroom comes equipped with A/C and luxury bedding. Three of the bedrooms are junior suites with private terraces and hammocks to enjoy the view.
You will be well taken care of by a full staff (Chef, Houseman and Maid) throughout your stay. The houseman can help to coordinate anything you may need from a golf cart rentals to tours and restaurant reservations. We also provide in-house spa services.
Located on the coveted north side of Sayulita. It is far enough away from the action to enjoy peace and quiet, yet only a 10 minute walk into the heart of downtown. The quiet north side of the beach is just a few blocks below the villa and a nice escape from the busy main beach in central Sayulita.
Hacienda Sayulita offers 10 bedrooms with an 11th flex room. When renting 9 bedrooms, you have the option to select which 9 bedrooms you would like to occupy. Rooms not in use will be locked.
Bedroom configuration:
The hacienda has the option of being rented with less or more rooms; 8 Bedrooms & 10 Bedrooms. Unused rooms remain closed during your time of stay, so you always have the villa to yourself.
If you are traveling with children, we provide you with a portacrib, fold out twin mattress for children, high chair/booster chair.
We welcome families however, it is important to note that the villa is situated on a steep hill and has an infinity pool and Jacuzzi that might make parents of young children uncomfortable. Adult supervision is necessary at all times.
