Casa de Ensueño Suite 5 in Sayulita is a charming one-bedroom casita located just south of Sayulita’s village square, set on a quiet hillside within the Casa de Ensueño property. One of six thoughtfully designed casitas, Suite 5 offers a comfortable, private stay with beautiful ocean and village views.
The suite features a private patio and elevated terraces that create multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy Sayulita’s warm climate. From outdoor dining to sunset views, the terraces—one at the entrance and an upper terrace with a BBQ—offer a relaxed setting surrounded by tropical plants and ocean breezes. The property is secure, enclosed, and professionally landscaped, and Suite 5 enjoys its own separate entrance for added privacy.
Throughout Casa de Ensueño, traditional Mexican craftsmanship is woven into the design. Stone walkways wind through the grounds and around the shared pool, while inside the suite, the bathroom features hand-painted sinks and colorful tilework in a spacious walk-in shower, reflecting the work of local artisans.
Inside, Suite 5 is comfortably furnished for an easy, flexible stay. The living area includes a fold-open sleeping sofa, dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen for everyday meals. The separate bedroom features a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and a built-in safe. With its layout and outdoor spaces, this casita is well-suited for couples or solo travelers who value privacy, views, and a peaceful atmosphere.
Casa de Ensueño is located on Calle Naranjito (Street of Little Oranges), a quiet, dead-end street in a friendly, safe neighborhood. The beach and Sayulita’s village square are approximately an eight-minute walk away. Set slightly above the street, the property enjoys added privacy, lush surroundings, and elevated views while remaining close to town.
High Season and Holiday stays require a Friday check-in with a seven-night minimum. During Low Season, arrival and departure dates are flexible, with a four-night minimum stay. Please feel free to contact us with your preferred dates or any questions.

Casa Ensueno is quiet and peaceful away from the noise of the town but close enough to walk there.
The outdoor space is immaculately kept up from Jose who is always willing to answer any questions or help where he can.
Inside the space is beautiful and spacious. Bella was friendly and quick to offer anything we needed such as fresh towels and always had the place very clean.. We stayed in #3 for a week which had a great view and patio. We moved to #5 for the next week and this had even more privacy and a great view.
The only problem was that we did not want to leave.
When we left we forgot money in our safe and the staff notified Kim and Kathy right away and the money was returned to us.
We will definitely be back again to Casa Ensueno!!!
The suite was roomy, well equipped, clean and well supplied. Jose maintained the gardens and pool very well and Bella maintained the room well.
The patio is completely private, and has a nice jungle and town view, but not quite high enough to see the ocean, which was not a concern. The beach was only 10 minutes away, and we walked 3 miles on the beach every day.
The location is fairly high on a hill, on a cul-de-sac, so there was very little traffic other than deliveries and tradesmen.
There was very little sound at night from the restaurants, although one club on the very top of the hill above us had a musical event one evening which stopped at 11 pm.
Free high-speed internet enabled us to stream movies very easily, and was fast enough to do Zoom calls, which we did daily.
We highly recommend Casa de Ensueno and the town of Sayulita with its many restaurants, live music and nice long beach.
