Casa Buena Onda in Sayulita is a newly-renovated home that consists of 3 suites with a total of 4 bedrooms/bathrooms. We have a brand new saltwater pool, a spacious, private terrace. located just a few minute walk up a gentle hill from the beach and the plaza, making it close to everything and yet away from all of the noise of Sayulita's nightlife.

Casa Buena Onda has a 2nd-floor suite --The Penthouse, with a basic kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a front patio and a very spacious third-floor terrace The 3rd floor also has tanning lounge chairs and a large table for you to enjoy a breeze in the shade, in the sun or under the stars. Each spacious room with king-sized beds, one separates into 2 single beds making it perfect for families. The rooms have great natural light as well as blackout shades, air conditioning, a small couch and lots of room to keep your clothing. Each room has it's safe as well.
NOTE-Kitchen is an open-style equipped with only the basics, the 2 bedrooms will be sharing a washroom which consists in 2 toilets each with a separate door and a shower also with its own door

We built a brand new, medium size saltwater pool . We have a mini- fridge .
We are dog-friendly! We accept well-behaved small to medium-sized dogs, with 1 dog per reservation. We are open to making exceptions and we do have regulations for guests' dogs. Ryan and Mel who are partners and the property managers, live on-site with their many dogs and cats -- however -- the dogs cannot get into the guest space without us letting them in, but cats often run through the terrace in the evenings.

Actually, the accommodations are much nicer than the previous house. It was nice having the private pool for a little cool off (especially for one of mi amigos who got a little too much Sun). Camachos is a convenient little store about a block away that has most simple groceries, beer, snacks, eggs, etc.
I was quite surprised when we showed up, the place is “as advertised”. I’m kind of skeptical when it comes to booking in Mexico. The photos reflect what you can expect. A couple of key features that we enjoyed, Alexa enabled music was available in the poolside casita and upstairs near the kitchen.
It was nice having custom music available when we were hanging out poolside or playing dominoes upstairs. The other feature that I learned about after talking with Ryan, the place is electric grid positive.
The solar panels provide enough electricity to supply the house plus excess. The power used in the evenings (off the grid) is less than the power contribution during the day. Basically, that means that not only does this place recharge your Chi it also helps reduce the need for conventional power generation!
