Just a 7-minute walk to the best part of the north beach and 15 minutes to town, it offers the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and convenience. A golf cart can take you anywhere in Sayulita within minutes.

Inside, the home is welcoming and thoughtfully designed. The lower level features a spacious kitchen, living, and dining area, plus one bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. The upper level includes two ensuite bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a queen (soon to be upgraded to a king; feel free to ask if this matters for your stay). A comfortable inflatable queen bed is also available and can be set up wherever needed.

Casa Tulipán is fully private for your group. Shared amenities are used only by our family and, occasionally, guests staying in the larger home above. Enjoy two heated saltwater pools, a steam room, a full gym/game room, an 8-foot custom billiard table, and a stunning rooftop palapa terrace ideal for yoga, meditation, massages, or simply relaxing with ocean views.
