It's a beautiful and really nicely furnished home that's comfortable and inspiring. But what I loved is the location. A short walk to the beach or the town, you feel connected and close to everything. But when you walk through the gates, you feel hidden away - lost in the jungle noises of birds and insects.
The outdoor spaces are really lovely, bringing our family together at the pool and outdoor kitchen made afternoons so much fun.
The home had pretty much everything we needed, and the management and staff were quick to help with questions and suggestions.
We'll definitely try and stay here again. It's the perfect Sayulita home and I can't wait to come back.
Speaking of swimming, the pool area is fantastic. I love starting my day with a pool dip and coffee on the loungers. Midday cannonballs shake off the heat, and then pre (and post) dinner margaritas at the poolside bar. There’s even a small patch of grass where the kids practiced cartwheels and tossed the football between dips.
Although the house feels wrapped in lush jungle sounds, it’s a five-minute stroll to North-end restaurants, mini-supers, and the beach. We loved being able to wander out for dinner then retreat to peaceful chirping frogs instead of late-night music.
Service was spot-on. Communication happened seamlessly over WhatsApp; an English-speaking concierge answered every question and offered help with transportation as well. Staff that came to the house were super helpful and also patient with our beginner Spanish, we felt like we got great insider tips about some areas surrounding Sayulita.
Little touches elevated the stay: robust Wi-Fi for remote work, LOTS of power outlets—and universal charger connections. A big screen for movies under the palapa. The fridge had butter waiting for us as well as seasonings and coffee was stocked. Filtered water on tap, beach towels and umbrellas, plus a binder of spot-on local recommendations.
Casa Rosalita was the rare mix of resort-style amenities embedded in neighborhood charm. We left recharged, sun-kissed, and already plotting our return. Five shining stars without hesitation.
