At Casa del Sol you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and range. Other features include a beautiful rooftop pool with a large communal space including an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and shower. Enjoy the lush jungle views from this stunning condo and experience Sayulita like never before!

The Space
Ataraxia is a 12-unit condo building with secure parking and an incredible communal rooftop.

Both bedrooms feature AC, ceiling fans, and new comfy beds. The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and TV. Guest bedroom has balcony.

Other Things To Note
Uber or taxi to Sayulita and Ataraxia (302) from Puerto Vallarta airport. It is a 45 min drive typically. Drivers will often stop (and wait for you) at La Comer (an awesome grocer) on the way if you want to bring food to the unit. Otherwise, there are small local mercados where you can get what you need. All walkable. No car needed in Sayulita. Golf carts can be rented if desired from local vendors.

We ask for a 50% deposit to secure the reservation, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Please note that these payments are non-refundable. This includes unforeseen travel delays.

Mexico is different from the USA or Canada in that the country/people have their own sets of traditions, values, norms, and ways of life. Many things we take for granted “up north” are not quite the same down here in Sayulita. Sometimes variables like utilities, smells, noise, neighbors, cars, animal life, repair times, etc just cannot be managed in the same manner as in other parts of the world. While we do our very best to ensure a delightful and 100% positive vacation, please understand that some of the reasons we love living and vacationing in Mexico can occasionally be a bit inconvenient. All in all amazing

Great place to stay for 2 couples or small family. Everything was clean and instructions were super clear. Restaurants/bars/beaches were all walkable (5-10min). AC in the place was much appreciated.

Would definitively stay here again

We, my wife, 12 year old daughter and I, spent 4 nights at Michelle's place. The unit was perfect size for the three of us. The unit is a 5 minute walk to the center of town but still quiet enough on the night. I would definitely recommend hiring a golf cart and using the space in the garage. We are glad we choose this place for our first visit to Sayulita.

Everything I could've asked for and more!

Michelle’s apartment was beautiful. We were looking for a place within easy walking but not in the touristy part of town, This was the perfect location because it was quiet, yet within easy walking to beaches and restaurants and great coffee shops. The unit itself was well designed, clean and stocked with everything you need, including a comfortable bed and linens, great shower and fully stocked kitchen, over head fans and air conditioning. She even provided beach towels and the perfect food recommendations. We loved all her recommendations and ate the best food in Sayulita! We hiked to San Pancho and had so much fun walking the deserted beaches in between. Thanks for a great stay Michelle!

Everything was just perfect.

Michelle’s place was fantastic! Modern with all the amenities you need. Kitchen was stocked with everything. Beds were comfy, and the patio is nice to sit outside on. The garage was great to park a car or golf cart in and felt secure. The rooftop was great and got sun all day, pool was amazing. Super helpful with anything we needed or messaged about. We were there for 8 days and it felt like home during our stay. It just a short walk to center of town which is nice for a lower noise level. Highly recommend!

Such a treat!

This was a peaceful retreat. I felt at home immediately. And what the apartment lacked in direct view (bc there is another hotel right across the street) it made up for with pool view. That pool is the stuff of dreams. And very quiet and peaceful. I only saw one other couple the whole time i was there. The building was new and quiet, except for the street noise. But that was not at all a deal breaker bc it subsides by 8pm. There is more than enough thoughtful supplies in the apartment, from beach towels to a beach umbrella. She really has thought of everything. This apartment needs to be in a magazine it’s so pretty. Overall, if i am ever in Sayulita, i wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else but next time i probably will opt for the golf cart 😁. Thanks so much for your kindness and thoughtful accommodations.

Cannot recommend this place enough!

We highly recommend staying at Casa Del Sol when visiting the delightful little town of Sayulita. The location is perfect; it’s just a few mins walk to the main square, but is far enough away that you can tune out all the noise after a long day of adventuring and get some well earned rest.
The place is new and modern and has a lot of amenities. The roof top pool in particular was a hit with the kiddos. The property is secure with a locking gate by the garage. Access to the property and unit were easy peasy via a code vs. key. Only issue we had was with the dishwasher, which didn’t seem to have any power
Michelle was a communicative host; after booking I mostly chatted with Isa (property manager) to coordinate everything from airport transfers, golf cart rental, tours, where to eat/drink etc. Isa made our trip a breeze and made the stress of traveling with two young children completely disappear.
We had a phenomenal family trip and can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be back!!

The apartment is incredible, super nice, with all the comforts to have a pleasant stay. All the details the place has make it even nicer than it is. Excellent location, it is a 10-minute walk from downtown. I would definitely go back to that place.
