Description

Casa Churro is a brand new 4-bedroom, 5 bath villa that sleeps up to 13 people (10 adults max plus 4 children). Each bedroom in the villa has its own ensuite bathroom. The upper floor offers two primary bedrooms with panoramic ocean views. The third floor offers a generous common area (kitchen, living room with two story ceilings, heated pool with cascading waterfall, outdoor garden and pool terrace, and a pergola for outdoor dining). The second floor offers two additional bedrooms – one an additional en-suite primary bedroom, and the other a luxury bunk room. The bunk room was designed to be lovely enough for two additional couples to enjoy, or alternatively as a bunk room for up to 7 children.

The street level has a game room. All bedrooms and common areas have AC for those sunny Sayulita days. Starlink WIFI and gorgeous interior finishes are all around. The home also offers high ceilings throughout to let the sunshine in. We’ve worked hard to create a cozy, warm, and welcoming home, while also offering the little conveniences that we have grown to appreciate and expect in a luxury beach rental.

Casa Churro was meticulously designed to enjoy every drop that Sayulita has to offer. This property balances stunning Sayulita ocean views from every room in the house with being conveniently located two blocks up from the Northside beach. Casa Churro is an easy walk to the Northside restaurants, shops, and cafes. It is about a ten-minute walk to the heart of Sayulita’s main square and popular surfing beach on the Southside of town.

While Sayulita arguably has all you will ever need for your dream beach vacation, it can also act as a convenient home-base for day trips to San Pancho (15 minutes), Punta Mita (20 minutes) and Puerto Vallarta (40 minutes).

Cancellation Policy

Full amount paid minus $400 USD per house per rental week if notified at least two months prior to stay. Refund when notified less than two months prior to stay only if the house is re-rented, and then for the amount of the new rental minus $400 USD per rental week for each house rented.

A luxurious way to experience Sayulita

Wow. This house is nothing less than fit for a king. The beautiful stone entrance, and the huge garage doors that swing open make you feel like royalty when you stay here. The attention to detail is truly remarkable. The glass panes around the edge of the house allow you to see the gorgeous ocean while taking a dip in the pool, and the wooden doors are sourced from a beautiful, local tree. I’ve been to Sayulita once before, and this place blows my last house out of the water. I think I spent a couple hours FaceTiming my friends to show off this luxurious home.
It’s very close to town, but surprisingly I never heard any noise besides the waves from the ocean.
10/10 would stay here again.

A Personal Resort in Paradise

I've stayed in rentals all over the world. For the price, nothing has come close to casa churro. The home is private and secure - only a few block walk / ride to the beach, but it feels like you're miles from another human. The property managers were amazing - texting and info before we arrived about both the house and activities/recommendations. They even greeted us and brought gifts (welcome snacks and tequila - are you kidding?!?). The layout, design, furniture, kitchen features, bedrooms, showers, common spaces, views, pool - all are with a level of refinement and sophistication that is tough to find. We stayed there with two families and loved every moment, making it tough to get the kids to leave at times. The kids took the two bedrooms downstairs and loved their space, private balconies, etc. We loved they had a housekeeper come EVERY day to tidy up - game changer for our family. We stayed with the other couple upstairs. The bedrooms, balconies, bathrooms - magnificent. The open air shower with 180 degree views is unlike anything I've ever seen. Beds were super comfortable. Even the bedding and pillows were great. We spent hours on their deck, in the pool, playing games on their long outdoor dining table, sunning. Just amazing. And since we were one of the first guests at the home, the downstairs game room wasn't finished (we didn't need it) - but that's looking to be dangerously fun too. You will love every minute at this place. It's a gem.

Stunning views! Gorgeous home!

We had a group of 13 in the house for a week and was perfectly appointed with quality extras that made our stay very comfortable. Every detail was considered from beach towels to the lime juicer for cocktails!
The house itself has breathtaking views and superb interior design. You will be snapping pictures for your Instagram account from the moment of your arrival! 10/10 - can’t wait to return to this paradise!!

Casa Churro is Magical!!!

As soon as you walk in everything is breathtaking! The views, OMG the ocean views from every room!! The house is brand new & super modern with every modern touch. Every detail was definitely thought through. The bathrooms (very important in Mexico) are beautiful with high-end soaps and hair products. Lots of towels to swim in the private pool or for heading to the beach. Our maid refreshed all the amenities and cleaned the home every day! The property managers (Gabbi & Nick) are super friendly and took care of every one of our wishes, including rides from the airport and booking our golf carts (highly recommended & fun)!

We had a family reunion with 14 people (3 families with a mix of adult kids, middle school kids and elementary school age kids) and everyone had space to hang out together or do their own thing (even a game room for the kids). It was perfect!

The new kitchen has all the stuff! We were here for 8 days and had breakfast in the house most days. We walked a few blocks down to the beach or into town (or took one of our golf carts) multiple times each day for beaching, massages, shopping and lots of eating and cold cocktails!

We have travelled as a family all over the world and this was one of the most magical vacations that we have ever taken!

I can’t wait to come back to Sayulita. When we come back we will definitely stay at Casa Churro! Expert Tip: Don’t forget to pick up hot churros next to the bridge before coming home each night! You won’t regret it!

STUNNING house!! Favorite vacation!!

This is truly one of the most beautiful vacation homes - From coffee on the terrace overlooking a 180 degree view of the ocean, to falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves, to the super fun game room filled with board games, a Pac-Man machine, and shuffle board, to the 11/10 concierge service (anything you want, the property managers are there to help make your trip one to remember) - These are just a fraction of the things that made Casa Churro the best vacation home I've ever stayed in. I also really appreciated all of the personal recommendations from the owners on the things to do on the trip. This brand new, custom-built home is stunningly unique and beautiful, and you will leave your vacation feeling rejuvenated and refreshed after staying here!! Couldn't recommend more!!!

Fabulous house, with the best hosts. Everything you need & more for your next, or first Sayulita stay! Casa Churro is beautiful, comfortable and filled with all you need. Morning yoga? They have the mats! Game night? You bet, check out the lower level! Whale watching? Right from the deck with a mezcalita in hand! Don’t miss the famous Churro stand (hence Casa Churro) located at the north side of the bridge. We’ll be back, Casa Churro, we love you!

Just Breathtaking!

The following statement is bold but true - I have never vacationed at a more spectacular home. Everything was immaculate. Every detail considered. The linens were lovely, the kitchen a wonderful place to cook (and I love to cook!), the views were breathtaking from every room. The daily housekeeping was a treat! Hanging out on the deck or in the pool was peaceful and relaxing (and we even we saw whales!) The game room is a great touch - complete with Ms. Pacman and shuffleboard. Gabbi and Nick the property managers were delightful and so helpful- providing first class concierge service. Our airport pickup and drop-off was easy and seamless, we rented a golf cart for the week and that was easy. The house is just up the hill from the beach and the downtown - easy to walk if you can do hills and fun to go back and forth on the golf cart too! And of course, Sayulita is a remarkable town. I truly cannot wait to go back.

An oasis in Sayulita

We loved our stay at Casa Churro! It was our first visit to Sayulita, and spending Christmas in this epic home was truly magical. The home is brand new, and beyond beautiful! We were welcomed by Nick & Gabbi, who were so helpful in making getting us seed in and providing all of the recommendations we needed. They really were beyond helpful, and dedicated to making sure we had a great stay.
The house has all of the amenities you’d ever want. The kitchen, (which is stunning) made us want to cook, even though we were on vacation. The home opens up to a large outside area that overlooks the ocean. We couldn’t get over the panoramic views of the entire beach. We loved eating and playing poolside. It was also the perfect place for us to do yoga in the morning, (they even had yoga mats). The inside space is modern, bright, and such a cool vibe. The bedrooms have cool furnishings, comfy beds, and each have their own bathroom. All the bedrooms have full ocean views. We were so thankful for screens so we could keep the door open at night to hear the crash of the waves. We used a golf cart to get around town, which made it easier for the kids and for us.
The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach, and easily accessible to all of the shops and restaurants in and around town. With all the house recommendations we were never at a loss for places to eat and things to do. We explored Sayulita but truly loved spending time relaxing at the house. It was the perfect place for our family getaway. We can’t wait to reserve it again for next year. Thank you, Casa Churro!

It’s like a palace

This house is massive! Great spot for a large group/family getaway. Absolutely stunning views of the ocean right off the pool deck. Great for a morning cup of coffee to recover from all the partying you’ll want to do here. Super quiet and peaceful in the house and only a few minutes walking to the town square for tasty food and lively entertainment. Can’t wait to go back!

Deluxe retreat with million dollar views

Loved Casa Churro. I could have spent the entire week on the pool deck watching for whales and sipping cocktails. We had 11 people in our group staying there and it was so spacious. The kitchen was awesome for making big family meals with all the local produce from the nearby markets. Loved the big Weber grill outside. Big enough to cook as many steaks, ribs or full size fish fillets. It's 5 - 10 minute walk anyplace. The north end now has more new bars and restaurants then you could visit in a single trip and I love to walk so this was ideal for me. Some of our group rented golf carts for the week but I like to walk so I can eat more churros. Highly recommend Casa Churro for the perfect luxury getaway in Sayulita.
