In addition to nightly rate:
- 5% Mexican lodging tax not included in nightly rate
- 16% Mexican Value Add Tax (known as IVA) not included in nightly rate
- Daily cleaning fee included in nightly rate (no additional charge)
Full amount paid minus $400 USD per house per rental week if notified at least two months prior to stay. Refund when notified less than two months prior to stay only if the house is re-rented, and then for the amount of the new rental minus $400 USD per rental week for each house rented.
Casa Churro is a brand new 4-bedroom, 5 bath villa that sleeps up to 12 people (10 adults max plus 2 children). Each bedroom in the villa has its own ensuite bathroom and panoramic ocean views. The upper floor offers two primary bedrooms. The third floor offers a generous common area (kitchen, living room with two story ceilings, heated pool with cascading waterfall, outdoor garden and pool terrace, and a pergola for outdoor dining). The second floor offers two additional bedrooms – one an additional en-suite primary bedroom, and the other a luxury bunk room. The bunk room was designed to be lovely enough for two additional couples to enjoy, or alternatively as a bunk room for up to 7 children.
The street level has a game room. All bedrooms and common areas have AC for those sunny Sayulita days. Starlink WIFI and gorgeous interior finishes are all around. The home also offers high ceilings throughout to let the sunshine in. We’ve worked hard to create a cozy, warm, and welcoming home, while also offering the little conveniences that we have grown to appreciate and expect in a luxury beach rental. Additionally, we are proud to have installed an ENTIRE HOME water filtratration system, where you can safely drink, brush your teeth and shower knowing the water is safe and healthy for use and consumption.
Casa Churro was meticulously designed to enjoy every drop that Sayulita has to offer. This property balances stunning Sayulita ocean views from every room in the house with being conveniently located two blocks up from the Northside beach. Casa Churro is an easy walk to the Northside restaurants, shops, and cafes. It is about a ten-minute walk to the heart of Sayulita’s main square and popular surfing beach on the Southside of town.
While Sayulita arguably has all you will ever need for your dream beach vacation, it can also act as a convenient home-base for day trips to San Pancho (15 minutes), Punta Mita (20 minutes) and Puerto Vallarta (40 minutes).
