Enjoy the simplicity and comfort of this quiet, boho-style accommodation in the best area of town, just a few steps from the longest beach in the bay. Close to various restaurants serving typical food and two minutes walk from the center of Sayulita.
A true refuge to relax and enjoy the beach and the daytime and nighttime activities that the town of Sayulita offers.

The property is located on the ground floor of a duplex. It is the most private condominium in the development due to its location and garden foliage, which provides even more privacy. Ten steps from the pool. Ideal accommodation for all ages. The vacation rental has no steps and is very spacious.

Full apartment plus a parking space. Also the use of common areas with a nice pool.

All in all amazing!

Sandra was the most delightful host! So helpful and attentive. We can't say enough good things about the place! Perfection for our family of four! The unit was clean and spacious enough for all of us. The downstairs patio was easy access to the court yard, but with the foliage it felt completely private from the other units. The distance from town was far enough to get peace and quiet, but close enough to easily walk into town for food or whatever we wanted to do or explore! Afternoons were easily spent at the beach with access a minute walk down the road. The grounds keeper was helpful and friendly.
I would 100% stay here again and recommend it!

Great for kids!

The condo was perfect for our family of four. My young kids, ages 3 and 6, loved the outside access to the hammock and pool. Walking distance to the quiet north side beach. The walk to town was also very easy. My young kids did it several times. I would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Sandra's condo! It was super comfortable for 4 friends with plenty of room for all of us. We loved the location - far enough away from the noise of downtown, but still within walking distance. The beach in front of the condo is arguably the nicest in Sayulita - lots of soft sand, calmer waves, and a cute beachside bar that served great drinks! The location is also an easy walk to a beautiful secluded beach just north, and there's a great coffee shop and yoga studio a couple minutes walk south as well. Overall, we highly recommend Sandra's accommodation and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect family trip

Casa Brisa was a great place for our little family with a 23 month old - no stairs or dangerous railings on the balcony like many of the accommodations I saw, and she was able to sleep in her own room (we had to pack our own pen). The pool was cold, but refreshing, and we appreciated the shallow pool area.
The condo was well laid out to be spacious, comfortable, and reasonably stocked. Only sugar, salt, and some ice cubes in the freezer, so I recommend picking up everything you need for your own kitchen. A kettle to boil water would have been appreciated, but everything else was great!
We loved listening to the waves crashing from the condo, swinging in the hammock, and the beach chairs, ample towels, and beach umbrella were available.
The complex is quiet, the neighbors were friendly, and it was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the beach, and the main square.

Absolutely perfect!

This place is great for a family. It's in North Sayulita, away from all the loud action of town. Very close to the beach. It's a bit of a walk to restaurants etc, but it was nice to be very quiet and relaxing. Good space. Nice pool. Well kept.
