Description

Casita Pina at La Villa Buena Vida in Sayulita is a 2 bedroom rental located on the quieter south side of town. The Villa, an easy five-minute walk to the town plaza and a 6-minute walk to the beach, is entered through an artfully-designed courtyard laden with palm trees and lush tropical foliage and flowers.

Casita Pina is located on the ground floor facing the courtyard and the beautiful pool. This Casita has 2 bedrooms with a full kitchen and breakfast counter. Each bedroom has A/C & ceiling fans; you'll find a queen bed in one room and 2 twin beds in the second room - each has a private bathroom. If you have an additional guest, they can sleep on the daybed in the living room. A safe will be provided for your valuables + beach and bath towels.

The charming courtyard features a swimming pool, poolside patio, shade trees, and a covered entertaining area with barbecue, sink, and dining tables. Free WiFi internet is also available anywhere on the property.

Casita Pina is available to rent by the day (4-night minimum) or by the week. Monthly rates are available during May-October. Maid service provided.

If you are in need of more space, La ViIla Buena Vida consists of 5 traditionally decorated units which can be rented individually or the entire complex can be rented for a large group, with six bedrooms in total. Additionally, there are three 1 Bedroom casitas and one studio, which can accommodate groups of up to 15 guests in 6 bedrooms when the entire complex is rented. Total sq. feet approx. 2655,1 bedroom 530 sq ft., 2 bedroom 775 and studio 290 sq ft. Perfect for wedding parties, bachelorette parties, business and yoga retreats and family reunions. Rates are per night and in US Dollars. 4 night minimum stay. Paypal accepted

Casita Pina is available to rent by the night (4-day minimum) or by the week. Linens and maid service included. Maid service every 4 days in the casitas and every day in the courtyard.

To make a reservation 50% of the total amount is due, which is refundable except for a 15% administration fee and any transfer costs incurred. 45 days before check in, the remaining 50% is due. At this time, the total rental amount becomes non-refundable, unless we can find someone to re-rent for the dates reserved (except for 15% administration fee and any transfer costs). We accept payment through Paypal, using your debit or credit card.

Amazing home & host

So happy with our stay. The location is absolutely perfect. A super short walk to the main square + beach, but away from all the noise. Melissa was SUPER helpful and friendly, the outdoor space was great after a long day of walking around. Overall it was perfect for our family of four. We also had some unexpected things come up which could have made for a huge headache and a lot of stress and the host Melissa quickly helped us out - no questions asked. Couldn't have asked for better hospitality and service. Thanks again!

Great stay, wonderful location

Buena Vida is a wonderful, family-friendly property. It's close enough to easily walk to the center of town, yet with enough distance away that you don't get the noise of the bars. Our 6-year old really enjoyed the pool. Melissa was a great and responsive host. We'd definitely stay again!

Amazing experience

Casita Pina was a great vacation rental. Very clean, tastefully decorated with great amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes and utensils. The courtyard and pool were beautiful and provided a great place to relax after a day on the beach. The location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the beach but away from the busy town center. We can't wait to come back!

Very nice private villas close to all of Sayulita

We enjoyed our stay La Villa Buena Vida very much .
Our casita was very comfortable and immaculate. The bed mattress is divine!
Kitchen nicely equipped.
Grounds and patio are lovely and there is a fresh water pool.
Location is perfect..private yet close to downtown , restaurants and beaches.
We are looking forward to returning next year.
