🏡 This is a fully private, stand-alone house—not part of a condo complex or shared property—designed for guests who value space, quiet, and an easy walk to the ocean.
🌴 Set on Sayulita’s calmer North Side, the house sits just 5 flat minutes from the beach and 10 from town—no hills, no scooters roaring past your window, no crowds at your gate. You can be in the middle of everything when you want to be, and completely removed from it when you don’t.
✨ The architecture takes its cues from Balinese villas: high ceilings, open proportions, and clean, restrained lines. Throughout the house you’ll find custom woodwork made by local artisans, not catalog furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, with an espresso machine and Vitamix for slow mornings at home ☕️
🛏️ Both bedrooms are upstairs and both are ensuite, so everyone has privacy. The primary bedroom has a king bed; the second offers a queen plus a single trundle, comfortable for adults or children.
🌿 Downstairs, sliding glass doors dissolve the boundary between inside and outside. The living room opens directly onto your private garden and heated saltwater pool. The backyard is entirely your own: pool, BBQ, outdoor living room, and dense greenery that keeps the world at a distance.
🛋️ There is also a downstairs sofa bed that unfolds into a double, plus a full couch for additional guests. There's another half bath downstairs.
💨 High-speed internet and AC throughout make the house as practical as it is peaceful.
🌊 If you’re looking for a quiet, well-designed place with an easy walk to both beach and town, this house does that exceptionally well.
🚗 Parking is plentiful and free directly in front of the house. In addition, there is a dedicated parking pad at the back of the property, especially convenient for charging a golf cart should you rent one.
🧺 Laundry service is available through our helpful housekeeper. We have an on-site laundry room (accessible only by her). She lives next door and is happy to assist with washing and drying your clothes upon request. Simply let the house manager know when you need laundry service. A small tip is kindly appreciated 🙏🏼
