The Space
Inside, you'll find a king-size bed, an indoor dining table, and a small separate working desk. With blackout curtains provided, rest assured you'll enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Black Coral Studio is one of three units within a private property.
Step onto your porch, sheltered by a rain-proof pergola, where a full kitchen and cozy couch await you. This exclusive outdoor living space is surrounded by a lush garden, offering a private oasis.
Convenient amenities include private parking, where you can safely park your car or golf cart and even charge it if needed. And when it's time to explore, downtown and the main beach are just an 8-minute walk away.

Had all things we needed to cook our own meals which we did a lot.
Quick walk to downtown area and beach.
Sayulita is small but busy. All the golf carts, motorcycles, ATVs and cars seem to be everywhere and always in a hurry!
This was the only annoying part about the area for us.
Weather was remarkably stable - 19-25 c everyday…
Max ( 6 month old puppy ) was a hi lite for us. He would come visit often and was always excited to see us.
Ricki had to check our luggage upon leaving as we mentioned we might take him home .
Super cozy and quiet place, 8min walk to the beach and restaurant area.
It was our first time in Sayulita and we definitely want to come back and stay here again! Thanks again Ulrike!
