Great location and relaxing on the rooftop was amazing at the end of the day.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Atlantica, great location and an easy walk into town. The rooftop patio was an added touch, we had some questionable weather during our stay but when the sun did come out it was a great area to prepare a snack and make drinks. We were lucky enough to see fireworks from the rooftop when we were there.

Best location, amazing views, enjoyable amenities, great staff, this place has it all!

I came to Sayulita for a beach wedding and reserved the 2-bedroom upper unit, complete with pool.

Long story short, my first impression of the place was very positive - the unit is amazing!

The upper pool is an absolute essential on those hot sunny days. And the attached kitchen made for a really amazing dinner in the evening, complete with night pool dips! The master bedroom had AC, so my sleep was comfortable. The top floor patio honestly has unbeatable views. And the orientation of the property could not be better. As it turned out, the location was amazing too! Close to all amenities, food, and downtown nightlife, yet just out of reach of most of the noise. Sleeps were very peaceful. There was some construction next door, but that did not put a damper on the experience at all. A 5-minute walk from the beach! I will absolutely be returning!!

And a shoutout to Nubia, the cleaning lady, who did an amazing job! She was very sweet and helpful, and keeps the place well maintained.

Wonderful place!

We just spent 2 weeks at Villa Atlantica and we all had a great time. The location is fantastic! It is just outside of the centre (so less busy) and a short walk to restaurants, the beach, laundry around the corner, etc. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor kitchen and found the staff very helpful (we especially liked Carlos). The house is not up a large hill like many others in Sayulita which was great for us with our two kids age 2 and 5. We brought the stroller with us, which was perfect for getting the little one around town and to the beach. Sometimes the neighbours played music really loudly during the day and held some parties at night, but that is to be expected in a town. It wouldn't deter me from going back. Overall this is an great rental.

Location, Location, Location

Villa Atlantica couldn't be in a better location. It is a short distance to the quieter, north end of the beach (even hauling lawn chairs,etc was no problem) and a short distance to the town center (and Tacos Ivan!), yet just far enough off the beaten path to be muy tranquilo. Plus the surrounding neighborhood had lots of restaurants, and mini marts with most all the supplies we needed. The upper deck was a perfect place to welcome in the day with a cup of coffee, and the 3rd floor outdoor kitchen/pool was a treat to have - nice to have another place to chill out other than the beach. Everyone from the property owner Steve, to the staff that maintained the rental were so helpful and nice.

Amazing house

You guys built an amazing house. We all felt like we were staying in a private penthouse suite. The decorations have obviously been carefully selected to match the style and setting here. The wives really appreciated the quality towels and sheets. Every attention to detail you guys did really shows! Thanks for renting to us and say thanks to Veronica for keeping the place so clean.

Villa Atlantica exceeded all of our expectations. I can’t believe you were able to create a pool on the top of the house. It was so private and yet so close to everything. The staff kept the house cleaner than any other vacation rental I have rented anywhere in the world. We’ll be back or sure!

Steve is our hero!

Villa Atlantica is a perfect home for a Sayulita get-away. Very beautiful, clean, and spacious rooms. The kitchen upstairs is different than American style homes but its nice to cook and be outside enjoying the wonderful weather and view. The pool is great especially with little ones since its not too deep. The owner, Steve, is amazing! We had a slight hiccup with the safe and being that he is the only owner of the master key he flew down in a moments notice to help us get our passports and valuables out before our trip ended. We could have been completely stressed, upset, and devastated but he was responsive and trustful so we knew we were in good hands. He is truly our hero!

Perfect Place!

Villa Atllantica was an amazing vacation spot, and I would highly recommend staying here! The 4 of us had the 2brm upper suite, with the pool - which was key! It was perfect to be able make breakfast, lunch or dinner (or all 3!) outside and beside the pool. It was so hot out, and it was Semana Santa , so the pool was our savior. Steve and the whole staff were awesome, and we wanted for nothing.

Great place

The pool on the roof was a hit and really made our vacation. Not shown in the pictures is the fact that there is an indoor/outdoor kitchen up on the roof next to the pool. Your entire day can be spent comfortably without ever really needing to be indoors. Everything is clean and spacious and the location is great. We'll be coming back.
