About Gaby
I am originally from Guadalajara Jalisco, I arrived in Nayarit at the age of 9, and I started my first job as a dishwasher in a French restaurant called La Bicicleta in Sayulita, the love of cooking begins with my mother. We changed jobs when the restaurant closed and we started working at the Medusa restaurant and that's how I grew up at 13. I had already worked as a grill, waitress, kitchen, and crockery, and I started a bar at 15, at 17 I took cooking courses, and I worked in Italian, German, and Mexican restaurants where every day I fell more in love with this culinary art, at the age of 20 I started on my own with home catering, got a response, currently I am a happy mother of 2 happy daughters, united to the father of my daughters by which we always strive to meet goals and be better every day, we enjoy family days and nature
