The food was outstanding and thoughtfully prepared, and Chef Gaby was professional, warm, and a joy to have in the kitchen. The meal included chile relleno with steak, salsa roja and verde, fresh guacamole, rice and beans, handmade tortillas, and flan, all cooked fresh while we relaxed and enjoyed the evening.
It was the kind of dinner that felt both special and effortless, and truly a memorable experience from start to finish
